I had never been to a pawn shop before coming to Gem and from my first visit, they have been extremely helpful, fair, and they explained the entire process to me. William and the entire staff are extremely kind and personable, always greeting me by name when I walk in the door. Gem is always my first and ONLY choice when I need to pawn or sell something. I know my stuff is safe and will be returned in the same condition it was dropped off at. Can't express enough how great they are and can't thank them enough for the fairness and honesty they have given when I needed to pawn or sell anything.

Willie and Sandeep were very nice and mindful of my situation. I thought my bits and pieces of gold was worth 50$ at most but I walked out of there with 200$. Not as dramatic as the tv shows and I’m very thankful for that!
